Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 6 slices deli turkey
  • 6 slices turkey ham
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • Optional for serving: raspberry jam or honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place bottom halves in the dish.
  3. Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard evenly over the rolls.
  4. Layer turkey, turkey ham, and Swiss cheese evenly.
  5. Place the top halves of the rolls on.
  6. Brush melted butter over the tops.
  7. Bake uncovered for 18-22 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are lightly golden.
