- 6 fresh jalapeños, halved lengthwise and seeds removed
- 6 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 slices halal turkey bacon, cooked and finely chopped
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, turkey bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon filling evenly into jalapeño halves.
- Arrange on baking sheet and bake for 18–20 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
