Instructions
- Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
- In a large pot over low heat, melt the butter completely.
- Add marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- If using, add a small amount of pink food coloring and mix until evenly colored.
- Gently fold in Rice Krispies until coated.
- Mix in strawberry shortcake cookie crumbs.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Let set until firm, then cut into squares and serve.
