Instructions

- Add softened cream cheese, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Stir in crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
- Add milk one tablespoon at a time if the mixture is too dry, mixing until it holds together.
- Roll mixture into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.
- Roll each ball in crushed freeze-dried strawberries or shredded coconut if desired.
- Place on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
