Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, stir together strawberry jam, balsamic vinegar, and water. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to the pan and spoon the glaze over the top.
- Sprinkle with fresh basil and serve immediately.
