  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 8 oz noodles (egg noodles or rice noodles)
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the noodles by boiling them until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet and cook the chicken until browned and cooked through.

Notes

  • For a lower‑sugar version
  • reduce honey to 2 tbsp and add a splash of grape juice. Gluten‑free soy sauce can be used for a wheat‑free option. Adjust chili flakes to taste for more or less heat.
