Ingredients

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Marinara sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta shells until al dente; drain.
  3. Mix ricotta, spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff shells with mixture and place in baking dish.
  5. Cover with marinara sauce.
  6. Bake 25‑30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat or fold in cooked smoked beef for extra protein. The dish freezes well
