Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken & Gravy: A comforting, rich, and ultra-easy dinner. Richly shredded chicken simmered in a silky gravy, perfect served over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles with almost no effort.

- 1½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 packet gluten-free chicken gravy mix
- 1 packet gluten-free ranch seasoning mix
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
- 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (optional for extra thick gravy)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken in the slow cooker.
- Add onion, garlic, chicken broth, gravy mix, ranch seasoning, pepper, and paprika.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
- Remove chicken and shred with two forks. Return it to the slow cooker.
- Stir in the heavy cream. If you want a thicker gravy, mix cornstarch with water and add it in. Cook for 10–15 minutes until thickened.
- Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley.

- Gluten-free ingredients: gravy mix and ranch seasoning are gluten-free.
- For a thicker gravy, add the cornstarch slurry as directed and simmer until thickened.
