Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, boneless skinless
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic, add spinach and Italian seasoning, cook until wilted.
- Remove from heat, stir in mozzarella and parmesan.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the cheese mixture.
- Season the outside with salt.
- Sear the chicken in the skillet until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer skillet to oven and bake 20‑25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Rest 5 minutes before serving.
