Ready in 45 minutes, this one‑pan dinner delivers juicy meat, a golden sear, and a melty cheese center—perfect for weeknight meals or a special gathering. Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless skinless
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic, add spinach and Italian seasoning, cook until wilted.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in mozzarella and parmesan.
  4. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the cheese mixture.
  5. Season the outside with salt.
  6. Sear the chicken in the skillet until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Transfer skillet to oven and bake 20‑25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  8. Rest 5 minutes before serving.

  • add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes to the filling. Let the chicken rest after baking to retain juices. Leftovers reheat well in a 350°F oven for 10‑12 minutes.
