  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons grape juice
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, grape juice, and cornstarch. Add sliced smoked beef and marinate for 15 minutes.
