Description

Pistachio Puppy Chow is a delightful, 5-ingredient no-bake treat that is sweet, crunchy, and irresistibly snackable. This pistachio-coated snack mix comes together in minutes and is perfect for parties, movie nights, or a quick dessert with a vibrant green color.


Ingredients

  • 6 cups rice cereal squares
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup pistachio butter or pistachio spread
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • Optional: ¼ cup finely chopped pistachios

Instructions

  1. Place cereal in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, pistachio butter, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour mixture over cereal and gently toss until evenly coated.
  5. Transfer coated cereal to a large zip-top bag with powdered sugar. Shake until well coated.
  6. Spread on a baking sheet to cool slightly. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios if using.
