Description

Pepperoni Pizza Sliders: A crowd-pleasing pull-apart appetizer featuring soft Hawaiian rolls, molten mozzarella, marinara, and halal-friendly turkey pepperoni baked to bubbling perfection. Quick, gooey, and perfect for game day, parties, or weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¾ cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 cup turkey pepperoni slices
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the dish.
  3. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the rolls.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
  5. Layer turkey pepperoni slices over the cheese and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls on.
  7. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and oregano, then brush generously over the tops.
  8. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  9. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Uncover and bake another 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
  11. Pull apart and serve warm.

  • Halal-friendly turkey pepperoni keeps this recipe suitable for halal diets.
  • Assemble the sliders up to 2 hours ahead and refrigerate before baking for an even easier meal.
  • If you can’t find Hawaiian rolls, substitute any soft dinner rolls.
