- 1 cup heavy cream or milk

Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Add minced garlic, cream cheese, Parmesan, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours, until chicken is tender.
- Remove chicken and shred using two forks. Return it to the slow cooker and stir until evenly combined.
- Add cooked pasta and mix well to coat it in the creamy sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
