  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar. Mix until sandy.
  2. Spoon a layer of crumbs into the bottom of 6 small cups or jars and press lightly.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar, molasses, vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Mix well.
  5. Fold in whipped topping until creamy and fluffy.
  6. Pipe or spoon the gingerbread cheesecake mixture over the crust layer.
  7. Top with a swirl of whipped cream and crushed gingerbread cookies if desired.
