Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a medium baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce (if using), pepper, and garlic powder.
- Stir in green beans and 1 cup crispy fried onions.
- Pour mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.

- Let cool slightly before serving.
