- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

- 2 cups baby spinach
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in chopped sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 1–2 minutes.
- Add shredded chicken, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Bring to a gentle boil.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and Parmesan. Simmer for 10–12 minutes until creamy.
- Add spinach and let it wilt for 1–2 minutes.
