  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup halal heavy cream or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • Optional: diced pickles, green onions, or sugar-free ketchup for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain if needed.
  3. Stir in garlic, paprika, mustard powder, salt, pepper, tomato paste, and chopped turkey bacon. Mix well.
  4. Spread the beef mixture evenly into the baking dish.
  5. In a bowl, whisk eggs and heavy cream. Pour over the beef.
  6. Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 25–28 minutes or until set and bubbling.
