Description

Low-Carb Turkey Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole is a hearty, keto-friendly dinner that captures all the juicy cheeseburger flavors with halal turkey bacon, baked into a comforting casserole.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (halal)
  • 6 slices halal turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp mustard powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup halal heavy cream
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional: diced pickles or green onions for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a casserole dish.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until softened.
  3. Add garlic and ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart. Drain excess fat if needed.
  4. Stir in paprika, mustard powder, salt, and black pepper. Remove from heat and mix in chopped turkey bacon.
  5. Spread the beef mixture evenly into the casserole dish.
  6. In a bowl, whisk eggs and heavy cream until smooth. Pour over the beef mixture.
  7. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella evenly over the top.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes until set, bubbly, and lightly golden.
  9. Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Add optional toppings if desired.
