- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 low-carb tortillas or wraps
- Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
- Optional sauce: garlic yogurt sauce or sugar-free ranch
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in shredded chicken, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook 2–3 minutes to heat through.
- Lay out low-carb wraps and evenly divide the chicken mixture in the center of each.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the chicken.
- Roll wraps tightly, tucking in the sides.
- Place wraps seam-side down in a nonstick skillet or air fryer.
- Cook over medium heat or air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 6–8 minutes, turning once, until golden and crispy.
- Garnish if desired and serve warm with your favorite sauce.
Notes
- For ultra-crispy edges, cook a little longer until deeply golden.
- Use leftover rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
- Serve with garlic yogurt sauce or sugar-free ranch for dipping.
- To make it dairy-free, use vegan cheese and a dairy-free wrap.
