Description

Low Carb Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps: Crispy on the outside, melty on the inside—these low-carb chicken wraps are packed with bold garlic flavor and cheesy goodness, ready in minutes.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 low-carb tortillas or wraps
  • Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
  • Optional sauce: garlic yogurt sauce or sugar-free ranch

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Stir in shredded chicken, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook 2–3 minutes to heat through.
  3. Lay out low-carb wraps and evenly divide the chicken mixture in the center of each.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the chicken.
  5. Roll wraps tightly, tucking in the sides.
  6. Place wraps seam-side down in a nonstick skillet or air fryer.
  7. Cook over medium heat or air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 6–8 minutes, turning once, until golden and crispy.
  8. Garnish if desired and serve warm with your favorite sauce.

  • For ultra-crispy edges, cook a little longer until deeply golden.
  • Use leftover rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
