- 3 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 small onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme

- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup halal heavy cream or canned coconut milk
- ½ cup halal cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan-style cheese
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a casserole dish.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté mushrooms until browned, then add onion and cook until soft.
- Stir in garlic, thyme, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until fragrant.
- Add chicken pieces and cook just until lightly seared on the outside.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream and cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared casserole dish.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan-style cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
