  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground meat, egg, almond flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley until combined.
  3. Roll mixture into evenly sized meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
