- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin

- ½ tsp black pepper
- 4 large low-carb tortillas
- 4 small low-carb crispy tostada shells or baked low-carb tortilla rounds
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar or Mexican-blend cheese
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- ¼ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- Optional: jalapeños or hot sauce
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook ground meat with onion until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add garlic, chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Lay out each low-carb tortilla and spoon seasoned meat into the center.
- Sprinkle cheese over the meat, then place a crispy low-carb tostada on top for crunch.
- Add lettuce, tomato, and a dollop of sour cream.
- Fold tortilla edges up and over the filling, forming a sealed hexagon.
- Lightly oil a skillet and cook crunchwraps seam-side down until golden and crisp, then flip and brown the other side.
- Slice and serve warm.
