  • 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 4 large low-carb tortillas
  • 4 small low-carb crispy tostada shells (or baked low-carb tortilla pieces)
  • 1 cup halal shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • Optional: jalapeños, hot sauce, green onions

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground meat with onion until browned. Drain if needed.
  2. Add garlic, chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook 1–2 minutes to blend flavors.
  3. Lay out each large low-carb tortilla. Add cooked meat to the center, then sprinkle cheese.
  4. Top with a crispy low-carb tostada shell for crunch.
  5. Add lettuce, tomato, and a dollop of sour cream.
  6. Fold the tortilla edges inward, creating a hexagon shape.
  7. Lightly oil a skillet and cook each crunchwrap seam-side down over medium heat until golden and sealed, then flip and crisp the other side.
  8. Slice and enjoy warm—keto perfection!
