- 1 lb ground beef (halal)
- 4 slices halal turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 3 cups beef broth (halal)
- 1 cup halal heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp cream cheese (halal)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 cup cauliflower florets, finely chopped (optional for thickness)
- Optional toppings: diced pickles, green onions, extra cheese
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain if needed.
- Add garlic, paprika, mustard powder, salt, pepper, and tomato paste. Stir to coat the meat.
- Add beef broth and chopped cauliflower. Simmer for 10–12 minutes until cauliflower softens.
- Stir in heavy cream, cream cheese, cheddar, and turkey bacon.
- Simmer on low for 5 minutes until melted, thick, and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. Add optional toppings and serve warm.
Notes
- This recipe is keto-friendly and gluten-free when using halal products and no added gluten-containing ingredients.
- For a thicker texture, use more cauliflower or simmer a bit longer to reduce.
- Omit or reduce the cream cheese for a lighter version.
