Scale
- 500 g ground chicken
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
- For the tzatziki sauce:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cucumber, finely grated and squeezed dry
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- 4 burger buns or lettuce wraps

- Red onion slices
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, parsley, dill, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.

- In a separate bowl, mix all tzatziki ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Assemble burgers with chicken patties, a generous spoonful of tzatziki, and desired toppings. Serve warm.
Notes
- Do not overmix the chicken mixture to keep burgers juicy.
- For a lighter tzatziki, use low-fat Greek yogurt.
- Serve with lettuce wraps for a gluten-free option.
- You can prepare the tzatziki a day ahead and refrigerate for deeper flavor.
- Adjust salt to taste, since yogurt and buns can vary in saltiness.
