Description

Garlic Parmesan Chicken Breast: Creamy, rich, and comforting pan-seared chicken in a luscious Parmesan cream sauce, ready in 30 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cooking cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until golden on both sides and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Pour in cooking cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer briefly until well coated.
  8. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
