Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden on both sides and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in cooking cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer briefly until well coated.
- Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
