Instructions
- Pat turkey chops dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey chops and sear for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp should reach 165°F/74°C). Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium, then add butter to the same skillet. Once melted, stir in minced garlic and thyme, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return turkey chops to the pan, spooning the garlic butter over them to coat evenly.
- Drizzle with lemon juice, garnish with parsley, and serve hot with your favorite sides.
