  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme or rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat turkey chops dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey chops and sear for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp should reach 165°F/74°C). Remove and set aside.
  3. Reduce heat to medium, then add butter to the same skillet. Once melted, stir in minced garlic and thyme, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Return turkey chops to the pan, spooning the garlic butter over them to coat evenly.
  5. Drizzle with lemon juice, garnish with parsley, and serve hot with your favorite sides.
