- 1 box pistachio instant pudding mix
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup chopped pistachios
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix sugar cookie dough, pistachio pudding mix, and eggs until well combined.
- Fold in chopped pistachios.
- Spread the dough evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake until set and lightly golden on top.
- Cool completely before slicing into bars.
