Ingredients

  • 500 g raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cooking cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: chopped parsley or lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add shrimp, season with paprika, salt, and pepper, and cook until pink on both sides. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
  4. Pour in cooking cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Stir in Parmesan and cook until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy garlic sauce.
  7. Garnish if desired and serve immediately.
