- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup finely diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup finely shredded carrots
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions
- 1/3 cup finely chopped spinach
- Optional: 1 tbsp fresh parsley or dill
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in cheddar cheese, bell peppers, carrots, green onions, and spinach.
