- ½ tsp cumin
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine quinoa, onion, carrot, zucchini, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until fully combined and the mixture holds together when pressed.
- Shape into 6–8 small patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer to a plate and rest briefly before serving.
- Serve warm with dipping sauce, in a bun, or over a salad.
