- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine turkey sausage, cheddar cheese, almond flour, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, baking powder, and black pepper.
- Mix until fully combined and uniform.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place evenly on baking sheets.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until deeply golden and crisp on the outside.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving to set texture.
