  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook elbow macaroni until al dente, drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl combine mayonnaise, sour cream, dill pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper; whisk until smooth.
  3. Add cooled macaroni and chopped dill pickles; toss to coat evenly.
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
  5. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
