Description

Cranberry Orange Rice Krispie Treats are soft, chewy bars bursting with bright citrus and tart dried cranberries — a festive, no-bake twist on a classic snack that’s perfect for holidays and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 4 cups mini marshmallows
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ¾ cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tbsp fresh orange juice
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease an 8×8-inch pan and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, melt butter over low heat.
  3. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  4. Stir in orange zest, orange juice, and salt.
  5. Remove from heat and gently fold in Rice Krispies cereal and dried cranberries until evenly coated.
  6. Press mixture evenly into prepared pan using a spatula or lightly greased hands.
  7. Let cool for about 20 minutes, then cut into squares and serve.
