- 1 baguette, sliced into ½-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or canned whole-berry)
- 1–2 tbsp honey
- Fresh rosemary for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet.
- Brush each slice lightly with olive oil. Bake 6–8 minutes until lightly toasted.
- Top each warm crostini with a slice of brie. Return to the oven for 2–3 minutes, just until softened.
- Spoon a small amount of cranberry sauce over the brie.
- Drizzle with honey and garnish with rosemary if desired.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
- These crostini are best served soon after baking while the brie is melty.
- Can be assembled in advance up to the cranberry-sauce stage; store toasted baguette slices separately and assemble just before serving.
