Description

Crack Chicken Sliders: Creamy, cheesy, and packed with bold ranch flavor, these Crack Chicken Sliders are a crowd-pleasing game day appetizer. Juicy shredded chicken, melty cheese, and crispy turkey bacon tucked inside soft Hawaiian rolls make this indulgent, comforting favorite hard to resist.


Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • For the buttery topping:
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and black pepper until creamy.
  3. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
  4. Spread chicken mixture evenly over the rolls.
  5. Sprinkle turkey bacon and shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls over the filling.
  7. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley, then brush over the tops.
  8. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  9. Uncover and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until golden and melty.
  10. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Make-ahead option: Assemble up to a day in advance and refrigerate (unbaked) until ready to bake.
  • To reduce sodium, use low-sodium ranch dressing and turkey bacon.
  • For a different flavor, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the filling.
