  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 4 slices halal turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup halal cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup halal heavy cream or canned coconut milk
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook penne according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
