  • 300 g bowtie pasta
  • 500 g boneless skinless chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp chili flakes, optional
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Add broccoli during the last few minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and paprika, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, dried parsley, and chili flakes.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the lemon butter sauce.
  6. Add cooked pasta and broccoli. Sprinkle with Parmesan and toss until well combined.
  7. Serve warm with extra Parmesan if desired.

  • For a lighter version, use olive oil instead of butter or reduce cheese.
