Cowboy Breakfast Sliders are hearty, cheesy breakfast sliders loaded with fluffy scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, turkey bacon, and sharp cheddar, nestled in soft Hawaiian rolls for an easy, crowd-pleasing brunch option.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 lb turkey breakfast sausage
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • For the buttery topping:
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook turkey sausage until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble eggs in the same skillet until just set.
  4. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
  5. Layer scrambled eggs evenly over the rolls.
  6. Add cooked turkey sausage, turkey bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Place the top halves of the rolls on.
  8. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and onion powder, then brush over the tops.
  9. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Uncover and bake another 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
  11. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Make-ahead option: refrigerate assembled sliders and bake just before serving.
