- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 8 large eggs
- 1 lb turkey breakfast sausage
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp milk
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- For the buttery topping:
- 3 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook turkey sausage until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble eggs in the same skillet until just set.
- Slice Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
- Layer scrambled eggs evenly over the rolls.
- Add cooked turkey sausage, turkey bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and onion powder, then brush over the tops.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Uncover and bake another 8–10 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- Make-ahead option: refrigerate assembled sliders and bake just before serving.
- For a lighter version, use reduced-fat cheese and turkey bacon.
- Jazz it up with diced bell peppers or jalapeños for extra color and heat.
