Description

Soft, gluten-free flatbread made with cottage cheese and almond flour—low-carb, high-protein, and perfect for wraps, pizza bases, or dips!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1½ cups almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Optional toppings: fresh herbs, olive oil, extra cheese, salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Blend cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
  2. Combine almond flour and baking powder in a bowl.
  3. Mix wet and dry ingredients to form dough.
  4. Divide and flatten into ¼-inch thick rounds.
  5. Cook on skillet or bake at 375°F for 10–12 minutes.
  6. Garnish and serve warm.

  • Blend cottage cheese to avoid lumps.
