Copycat Big Mac Sliders: Juicy, cheesy mini burgers with the iconic Big Mac-style sauce, perfect for parties, game day, or a quick family dinner.

- 12 slider buns
- 1½ lbs ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 6 slices American or cheddar cheese, cut in half
- ½ cup dill pickle slices
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- For the special sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp mustard
- ½ tsp paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Slice slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the baking dish.
- Spread cooked beef evenly over the buns.
- Layer cheese slices and pickles on top of the beef.
- Place top buns on the sliders.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted.
- While baking, mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
- Remove sliders from oven, lift tops, add shredded lettuce and drizzle with special sauce. Replace tops and serve warm.
Notes
- Make ahead: assemble up to step 7, refrigerate, then bake just before serving.
- Use American or cheddar cheese for melting texture.
- For a crisper texture, broil for 1–2 minutes after baking.
- Customize toppings: additional lettuce, onions, or extra pickles as desired.
