  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 lb potato gnocchi
  • 4 slices halal turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1 tsp ranch seasoning (or homemade ranch blend)
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook for 3–4 minutes.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add gnocchi and simmer for 5–7 minutes until they become tender and the sauce thickens.
  5. Stir in shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and turkey bacon.
  6. Simmer for 2–3 more minutes until everything is hot and combined.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon or pancetta for a different flavor.
  • For a lighter version, use light cream or half-and-half and reduce cheese.
  • Leftovers refrigerate well for up to 3–4 days. Reheat gently on the stove.
  • Make-ahead ranch seasoning: mix 1 tablespoon dried parsley, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon dried dill, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
