- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 tsp ranch seasoning (or homemade ranch blend)

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook for 3–4 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Add gnocchi and simmer for 5–7 minutes until they become tender and the sauce thickens.
- Stir in shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and turkey bacon.
- Simmer for 2–3 more minutes until everything is hot and combined.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
