Instructions
- Grease a 9×13 baking dish and spread the bread cubes or hash browns evenly.
- Add cooked halal sausage, turkey ham, onion, and bell pepper over the base.
- Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella evenly across the top.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, garlic powder, paprika, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the casserole.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or bake immediately.
- When ready to bake, heat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake 45–50 minutes until golden, set in the center, and bubbly around the edges.
- Let cool slightly, top with green onions or parsley, and serve warm.
