- 1/2 teaspoon paprika

- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together chicken broth, milk, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, pepper, and salt until mostly smooth.
- Add the uncooked rice, shredded chicken, and frozen vegetables; stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the top is melted and bubbly.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
