- 4 chicken fillets (boneless, skinless)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½–1 tsp chili flakes (adjust to your heat preference)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Crispy fries, for serving (homemade or frozen)
Instructions
- Season the chicken fillets with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan, chili flakes, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes to thicken the sauce and coat the chicken.
- Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Serve the chicken with crispy fries and spoon extra sauce over the top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
- Tip: For less heat, reduce chili flakes to ¼ tsp.
- If the sauce is too thick, thin with a splash of chicken broth or water.
- Leftovers refrigerate well for 2–3 days.
