Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook 3–4 minutes until softened.
- Add ground chicken and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Simmer for 5–7 minutes until thick, creamy, and well combined.
- Spoon the mixture onto toasted buns.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
