- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Optional: chopped parsley or a spoonful of yogurt sauce
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
- Stir in cooked chicken, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for a few minutes until heated through.
- Remove from heat and mix in mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas.
- Fold the sides in and roll tightly into wraps.
- Place wraps seam-side down in a skillet and cook until golden and crispy on both sides and cheese is melted.
- Slice and serve warm.
