  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for 1‑2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Add shredded chicken and baby spinach, cooking until spinach wilts. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, combine cheddar, cream cheese, and mozzarella; mix until smooth.
  4. Place chicken mixture on a tortilla, top with cheese blend, sprinkle parsley, roll tightly.
  5. Grill the wrapped tortillas in the skillet for 2‑3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
