- 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chiles
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup corn (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning (more to taste)

- ½ tsp cumin
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add halal andouille sausage and cook until lightly browned.
- Add onion, celery, and garlic; sauté until softened.
