  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cooking cream

  • ½ tsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Rub chicken with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill or pan-sear chicken until fully cooked. Let rest, then slice.
  4. In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Pour in cooking cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Stir in mozzarella, Parmesan, and Cajun seasoning until smooth and creamy.
